Using the Toolbar

	COPY	Copies the current map view to the Clipboard and can be pasted into a document.
	SELECT	Use this tool to rollover parcels and get detailed data on the parcel.
	PAN	Moves around viewable area by holding down left mouse button and dragging.
	ZOOM IN	Zooms in to viewable area by one left mouse click or by drawing a box around area.
	ZOOM OUT	Zooms out by clicking left mouse button once.
	ZOOM EXTENTS	Zooms out to display the entire map.
	ZOOM PREVIOUS	Returns to previous views and locations.
	ZOOM SCALE	Zooms to a specified scale.
	STOP	Stops or interrupts the map display from loading requested map layers.
	HELP	On line viewer help.

Turning Map Layers On/Off

Double-click the layer group in the map legend to expand.

You may turn on/off individual layers by clicking in the check box

next to the layer name in the Legend.

Map Printing

This tool will not print the entire webpage.

To print the current map view, right-click within the map window and scroll to Print>Page Setup…

Change preferred settings.

Click on Print Setup button to select Printer and Page options. Click OK.

Right-click within the map window and scroll to Print>Print…

Viewing Printable PDF Files

Using the Select Tool, double-click with the left mouse button on any

Business District or Potential Redevelopment Site polygon to bring up

the PDF map and parcel report for download or printing (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.)

Using the Select Tool, double-click with the left mouse button on any

Activity Corridor, Industrial Park, or Zoning polygon to bring up

the Land Development Regulation (LDR) Use Permissions and Parking PDF file.

Viewing Parcel Layer – zoom scale 1:15,000

Using the Zoom Tool, draw a box in any area within St. Petersburg.

Once the parcels are visible, use the Select Tool and hover the

mouse cursor over the parcel to view rollover information. 

Note:  You must be zoomed in to a scale of 1:15,000 or closer
in order for the parcels to display. The scale is displayed
in the bottom right of the map and will change as you zoom.

The parcel data could take a minute or two to load.

Potential Redevelopment Sites Layer – Open & Download PDF map and parcel report

To turn on the Potential Redevelopment Sites layer, click in the check

box next to the layer name in the Legend. Using the Zoom Tool, zoom in

to view the Potential Redevelopment Site polygon more closely.

Use the Select Tool to hover over the polygon with the mouse cursor

and view information. Using the left-mouse button, double click on the

polygon to bring up the PDF map and parcel report for download or

printing (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.)
